The history of Brand Masters began in 1992 with the establishment of the family company STEMA, which later evolved and continued its activities under the name STOYANOV Ltd. To this day, the company is a well-established distributor operating under the EX VAN model, as the exclusive partner of Mars for Eastern Bulgaria — with a portfolio of well-known brands such as Orbit, Mars, Bounty, and Snickers, as well as an importer of branded packaged foods.
In 2020, during the challenging COVID crisis and guided by a clear vision for sustainable development, the owners founded a second company — Brand Masters, focused on wholesale trading and the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods. In just three years, Brand Masters reached turnover figures comparable to those of STOYANOV Ltd., and today both companies continue to grow successfully and in parallel, complementing each other strategically.
The companies combine the trade of established, consistent products from reliable partners with dynamic in-house and European imports that bring variety and maintain customer interest. At present, we manage an assortment of over 1,000 items across a wide range of categories, including:
- Sweet and savory packaged foods
- Instant noodles
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Household and toilet paper
- Household chemicals and cosmetics
- Pet food
In 2024, the owners made a key investment in the development of the business by building their own logistics base in the city of Burgas, covering an area of 15,000 sq.m and offering a capacity of 5,000 pallet spaces. The new logistics center significantly increases distribution efficiency and creates opportunities for providing additional logistics and warehousing services to external partners.
Today, Brand Masters is a reliable partner for grocery stores, markets, drugstores, pet shops, and specialized retail outlets, combining many years of experience, flexible logistics, and a modern commercial approach tailored to the needs of the contemporary market.
